The exoneree band

In 1990 Antione Day was falsely accused of killing two men outside a liquor store crap game in Chicago. His public defender failed to bring in his alibi witnesses, and he served 10 years before he was exonerated. He's a feisty drummer with an angelic voice.

In 1991, Bill Dillon was falsely accused of beating a man to death in a wooded area near Canova Beach on Florida's east coast. He served 27 years before DNA exonerated him. He's a groovy rhythm guitarist and bassist.

In 1981, an 11-year-old girl and her male cousin were pulled into a Cleveland park at gunpoint by a man who then assaulted them both. 24-year-old Raymond Towler was wrongly convicted of this crime, and served 29 years before DNA exonerated him. He's a soulful lead guitarist.

In 1995, in Washington, a young woman was feeding her baby. A masked man dragged her to the basement and raped her. 23-year-old Ted Bradford was coerced into a false confession and served 10 years before DNA exonerated him. He's a rocking bassist.

In 1981, a 74-year-old woman was raped in her home in Kansas and 22-year-old Eddie Lowery was coerced into a false confession. He spent 9 years wrongly convicted and then proved his innocence with DNA in 2002. He's and energetic singer and acoustic guitarist.

In 2000, 18-year-old Donovan Allen found his mother bleeding on the floor of her bedroom in Longview, Washington. He was coerced by police into falsely confessing to killing her. He served 13 years before he was exonerated. He's a wicked (not that way) guitarist and bassist.

In 2007, 20-year-old Amanda Knox, while studying abroad in Perugia, Italy, came home to find her roommate, Merideth Kercher, brutally raped and murdered. She was coerced by police into a false confession and spent 4 years in prison before being acquitted. She is a heartfelt and dynamic vocalist.
